After the Facial
Injections Session:
1-
Avoid Heat, hot showers and hot
baths for the first 24h after treatment. It is recommended to avoid extremes of
hot or cold
2-
Avoid strenuous exercises, sunbathing, tanning, saunas, hot tubs, or hot wax. Also
avoid extreme cold such as skiing or other winter sports for the 24h after treatment.
3-
Avoid messaging or rubbing the injected areas. Minimize movement of
the treated area.
4-
Avoid taking blood thinners or NSAIDs (non- steroid anti- inflammatory drugs) for the next three
days.
5-
Avoid drinking alcohol within 6 to 10 Hours of treatment.
6-
Avoid Smoking for the next days.
In order to have
better results:
1-
Drink plenty of Water.
2-
Take some supplements
such as Vitamin-A, Vitamin-C, eat oranges or drink lemonade or orange juice.
3-
Sleep on your back for
the first 3 days.
4-
Apply topical cream on
skin in case of bruising.
